Privacy Policy
At Zyqelvora Educación Financiera S.A.S. we process personal data in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and the updates issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) during 2025-2026.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Zyqelvora Educación Financiera S.A.S., CUIT 30-71842095-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 2447, Floor 8, Office B, C1046AAJ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at hola@zyqelvora.com to exercise any of the rights described below.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide through the contact form (name, email and message), aggregated browsing data (device type, language, pages visited) and, if you expressly authorise it, identifiers associated with advertising measurement cookies managed via Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes
We use this information to reply to enquiries, improve our educational content, measure site performance in an aggregated way and, where applicable, evaluate the reach of awareness campaigns. We never use the data for credit profiling nor share it for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases are the consent of the data subject (article 5 of Law 25,326), the legitimate interest of the controller to maintain the security of the site and any legal obligations arising from judicial requests.
5. Retention
Form messages are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months. Analytical data is stored in aggregated form for up to fourteen months, in line with the AAIP 2026 guide for educational sites.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to hola@zyqelvora.com. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
7. International transfers
Some technology providers (measurement and content delivery) may store information on servers outside Argentina. We require contractual safeguards and apply the technical measures established by AAIP Disposition 60/2016 and its updates.
8. Changes to this policy
When we make substantial changes, we will update the review date in the header and notify subscribers of our educational newsletter at least ten days in advance.
